Responsible play
Casino games are paid entertainment. Over time the house keeps an edge, so the healthy way to play is to treat what you spend as the price of the fun — like a movie ticket — and not as a way to make money, pay bills or recover losses.
- Play only with money you can afford to lose.
- Set a budget and a time limit before every session.
- Take regular breaks; do not play when stressed, tired or after drinking.
- Keep gaming separate from borrowing: never use loans or money meant for essentials.
Spending & time control
From My Account → Responsible Gaming you can ask for:
- Deposit limits per day, week or month.
- Time reminders every 15 to 480 minutes during a session.
- A cooling-off break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, on Casino Plus only.
- Self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years, filed with PAGCOR — see Self-Exclusion.
Limits that make play safer take effect as soon as the platform confirms them; requests to raise or remove a limit take effect only after 24 hours.
What each tool actually blocks
| Tool | What is blocked | What still works |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit limit | Any deposit above the limit for the current period | Play with your balance, withdrawals |
| Time reminder | Play pauses on the reminder until you choose to continue or stop | Everything else |
| Cooling-off | Opening games, live tables and deposits | Sign-in to view history, withdrawals, support |
| Self-exclusion / NDRP | Play, deposits, new registrations in your name, all marketing (within 24 hours) | Payout of your balance, support |
These blocks are applied by the gaming platform, not just shown on the website, and our compliance team tests them at least every quarter and after every platform update. If a limit or exclusion did not stop you, tell us at once at support@event.com.ph: we block the account while we check and refund deposits made in breach of it. Full details are in the Responsible Gaming Policy.
Exclusion programmes
Exclusion stops a person from gaming for a set period. In the Philippines it is administered with PAGCOR. The forms below are published by PAGCOR.
Self-Exclusion
You ask to be barred from gaming yourself. Apply online through PAGCOR’s Online Self-Exclusion Application (OSEA), or download the form and submit it to PAGCOR. You can also start it from My Account: we block your account at once and help you file the PAGCOR application.
- Periods: 6 months, 1 year or 5 years.
- The first 6 months cannot be cancelled. After that, only PAGCOR can lift the exclusion early; at the end of the period it lifts automatically.
- It applies at every gaming site licensed and operated by PAGCOR, and you are listed in the NDRP.
- Your available balance is paid out to your verified payment account, and all marketing stops.
A cooling-off break or closing your account is not the same: neither is recorded in the NDRP, and neither stops you from playing elsewhere. See the comparison.

Family Exclusion
A spouse, child or parent can ask for a person with a gambling problem to be excluded. PAGCOR accepts exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year or 3 years; the order lifts automatically when the period ends.

Licensee-Emanating Exclusion
An exclusion started by the licensee — Casino Plus — when it has reason to believe a player’s gaming is causing harm. It follows PAGCOR procedures. If you believe it is needed for you or someone close to you, raise it with Casino Plus Customer Support.

NDRP — National Database of Restricted Persons
The NDRP lists everyone who is barred from gaming, including excluded persons. Casino Plus checks every registration against it, and people in the NDRP cannot open or use an account.
Restricted persons
Besides excluded persons, the following cannot play: persons under 21; students of Philippine schools, colleges and universities; certain government officials and employees; AFP and PNP members; PAGCOR officials and employees; Gaming Employment License holders; and banned persons. Full list.
Warning signs
- Spending more money or time than you planned, again and again.
- Chasing losses — raising stakes to win back what you lost.
- Borrowing, selling things or skipping bills to keep playing.
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends.
- Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you are not playing.
- Gaming getting in the way of work, study or relationships.
If one or more of these sound familiar, take a break now and talk to someone.
