These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation, doing business as Casino Plus (“Casino Plus”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the website event.com.ph, your player account, your Wallet and every game you open through it. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
1. About these terms
Casino Plus is operated by Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Company Address: Gil Puyat Avenue, corner Andres Soriano Street, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines.
By registering, signing in or playing, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not open an account or use the platform.
Where these terms and the rules of PAGCOR or Philippine law differ, the law and PAGCOR rules apply. Individual games and promotions may have their own rules; those rules apply in addition to these terms.
2. Eligibility and age
You may open and use an account only if all of the following are true:
- you are 21 years of age or older;
- you are in the Philippines when you register and when you play;
- you are not a restricted person as described in section 3;
- you are acting for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
We check eligibility during registration and may check it again at any time. If we find that you were not eligible, we will close the account and handle any balance as required by law and PAGCOR rules. Gameplay by an ineligible person may be voided.
3. Restricted persons
Under current PAGCOR requirements, the following persons may not register or play:
- persons under 21 years of age;
- students of any school, college or university in the Philippines;
- certain public officials and government employees, as defined by applicable rules;
- members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP);
- PAGCOR officials and employees;
- holders of a Gaming Employment License (GEL);
- persons listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP);
- banned persons;
- self-excluded players and persons covered by a family or licensee-emanating exclusion;
- any other category of person restricted under current PAGCOR requirements.
You must tell us straight away if your situation changes and you become a restricted person. The Account Verification page explains how the checks work.
4. Registration and one account
To register you provide your mobile number, email address, a password or PIN, a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile, and your personal details. All information must be true, complete and your own. Keep it up to date in My Account.
One account per person
Each person may hold only one account. We may close duplicate accounts, merge or freeze balances as the rules allow, and void play made through them. An account cannot be sold, transferred, shared or lent to anyone.
5. Identity verification (eKYC)
Every player must complete electronic Know-Your-Customer (eKYC) verification. This includes:
- a valid government-issued ID in your own name;
- ID verification to confirm the document is genuine and matches your details;
- a liveness check to confirm that you are the person on the ID.
Some features, including deposits, play and withdrawals, stay locked until verification is complete. We may ask you to verify again or to provide more documents at any time, for example when details change or when required for anti-money-laundering checks. If you cannot complete verification, we may refuse or close the account.
6. Account security and sessions
You are responsible for keeping your password or PIN and OTP codes private. Never share them, including with anyone who says they work for Casino Plus — we will never ask for them. Activity carried out with your correct credentials is treated as yours.
Only one active session per account is allowed. A new sign-in on another device or browser may end the earlier session. If you notice a sign-in you do not recognise, change your credentials in My Account and contact us at support@event.com.ph.
7. Wallet
Your account includes a Wallet held in Philippine pesos (PHP). The Wallet is for your own gaming on the platform; it is not a bank account and does not earn interest. Funds must come from, and be paid out to, payment accounts registered in your own name. We do not accept payments from third parties.
8. Deposits
You can deposit only through the payment methods shown in My Account. Any minimum or maximum amounts and fees are those published for each method at the time you deposit.
Posting of deposits to your Wallet is not guaranteed in real time. Timing depends on our financial partners, their systems and any verification we must complete. We may hold, refuse or return a deposit that does not meet these terms or that raises a compliance concern.
9. Withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal of your available balance to a payment account in your own name. Before paying out we may need to complete identity, eligibility and anti-money-laundering checks.
Withdrawals are not guaranteed to post in real time. Every request goes through two stages: our review, then payment by the financial partner. The usual times are below. Exact limits and fees for each method are shown in My Account before you confirm.
| Stage or method | Usual time | Longest normal time |
|---|---|---|
| Our review of the request | Within 24 hours | 72 hours, when extra checks are needed |
| E-wallets | Within 1 hour after approval | 24 hours after approval |
| Bank transfer via InstaPay | Within 1 hour after approval | 1 banking day after approval |
| Bank transfer via PESONet | Next banking day after approval | 3 banking days after approval |
Banking days exclude weekends and Philippine public holidays. The times above start once your eKYC is complete; your first withdrawal may take longer while we confirm your payment account is in your own name.
When a withdrawal can be held or declined
We hold or decline a withdrawal only on one of these grounds:
- your eKYC is incomplete or expired, or the details do not match;
- the payment account is not in your name, or differs from the one used to deposit without a good reason;
- an anti-money-laundering check is needed, for example on the source of funds, or the law requires us to report or freeze the transaction;
- we have reasonable evidence of fraud, collusion, multiple accounts or other prohibited activity under section 12;
- a game round linked to the balance is under review after a malfunction under section 10;
- you are, or become, a restricted or excluded person;
- PAGCOR, a court or another authority orders it.
A hold is not a decision to keep your money. Your balance stays in your Wallet while the check runs, and amounts that are not in question remain available.
How we keep you informed
- You see the status of every request — pending, under review, approved, paid or declined — in My Account → Transactions.
- If a request is held, we tell you by email and in My Account within 24 hours, with the reason and the documents we need, unless the law forbids us to say why (for example, during an anti-money-laundering report).
- We aim to finish an extra check within 5 business days after receiving all the documents we asked for, and we tell you the result.
- If a withdrawal is declined, the amount goes back to your Wallet, unless the law requires it to be held.
Challenging a held or declined withdrawal
- Reply to our email or use the Contact page with the subject “Withdrawal”. Include the transaction reference and any document that answers our question.
- A member of the payments team who did not handle the first decision reviews the case and replies within 10 business days.
- If you disagree with that answer, you can file a formal complaint under section 15 and, after that, take the matter to PAGCOR.
10. Games and results
Games are supplied by game providers and run through the gaming backend. Game outcomes are produced by those systems and are not decided by the website. Each game has its own rules and information, which you should read before playing.
Gaming involves the risk of losing money, and no game guarantees any outcome.
Malfunctions
A malfunction voids all pays and plays — but only for the rounds the malfunction actually affected. Other rounds, before or after, stay valid. A malfunction means a fault in the game or our systems that changes how a round is played, settled or shown, such as:
- a fault in the game server or random number generator that produces a result outside the game rules;
- a wrong paytable, odds or game setting, or a result paid in breach of the game rules;
- an error in the gaming backend or Wallet that records a bet or win incorrectly;
- in live games, a dealing or equipment error that the game rules treat as a misdeal or void round.
The following are not malfunctions and do not void a round:
- a dropped connection, flat battery or other problem with your own device or internet — the round is completed by the server, and the result is credited to your Wallet;
- a delay in showing a result that the game server recorded correctly.
What happens to your stake
- If a round is voided, the stake you placed on it is returned to your Wallet, and any win from that round is removed. Where the win was already withdrawn, we may deduct it from your balance and tell you why.
- Refunds of voided stakes are credited within 24 hours after the fault is confirmed.
- If a round was interrupted and the game rules say how to finish it, the round is completed that way and settled from the game provider’s or gaming backend’s record.
- Every voided round is listed in My Account → Game history with the reason.
Disputing a result
If you think a round was wrongly voided or settled, contact us within 30 days with the game, date, time and, if you have it, the round ID. We obtain the round log from the game provider and reply under the complaint process in section 15. You can ask for a copy of the log entries that concern you. If you are still not satisfied, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR, which supervises the game providers and can review their records independently.
11. System records
Our platform records, including the records of the gaming backend and game providers, are the official record of your transactions, bets and results. If there is any difference between what you saw on screen and those records, the platform records prevail, subject to your right to raise a complaint under section 15.
12. Prohibited activity
You must not use the platform for any unlawful or unfair purpose. In particular, you must not:
- commit or attempt fraud, including using stolen or unauthorised payment methods or false identity documents;
- collude with other players or anyone else to gain an unfair advantage;
- use bots, scripts, automated tools or software that interferes with games or the platform;
- engage in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime;
- open, use or play through a third party’s account, or let someone use yours;
- hold or operate multiple accounts;
- exploit errors, bugs or system faults instead of reporting them.
We may investigate suspected prohibited activity, withhold funds while we do so, void affected play and report the matter to PAGCOR and other authorities as required by law.
13. Responsible gaming
Play should stay entertainment. We provide deposit limits, time reminders, cooling-off and self-exclusion, and we follow PAGCOR exclusion programmes. Gambling doesn’t guarantee earnings or financial improvement. Stay within your limits.
Read our Responsible Gaming Policy and the Responsible Gaming page. For confidential support, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline on (02) 8248-9568, available 24/7.
14. Suspension and closure
We may suspend, restrict or close an account, and void affected play where the rules allow, if:
- you are, or become, ineligible or a restricted person;
- you do not complete eKYC or provide requested information;
- we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms or prohibited activity;
- an exclusion order applies to you;
- PAGCOR, a court or another authority requires it.
You may ask us to close your account at any time through My Account or by writing to support@event.com.ph. Any available balance that you are entitled to will be handled in line with the law and PAGCOR rules.
15. Complaints and disputes
If something went wrong, contact us at support@event.com.ph or through the Contact page. Include your registered mobile number or email, the date and time, the game or transaction involved and a short description. The process is:
- Contact
- Confirmation
- Review
- Response
- Further escalation
- Contact — you send your complaint to support.
- Confirmation — the online form gives you a reference number at once; by email we confirm receipt and give a reference within 1 business day.
- Review — we check the platform records and, where needed, the game provider or financial partner.
- Response — we reply with our findings and any action taken within 10 business days. If we need information from a game provider or financial partner, we tell you before that deadline and reply within 30 calendar days at the latest.
- Further escalation — if you are not satisfied, or we miss these deadlines, you may ask for a second review by our complaints manager, and you may bring the matter to PAGCOR (pagcor.ph (opens in a new tab)).
The Contact & Complaints page sets out each step, what to do if you get no answer and what to send to PAGCOR.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes in the law, PAGCOR requirements or our services. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you on the website or in My Account. By continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without affecting your right to raise a matter with PAGCOR.
18. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@event.com.ph. For questions about your personal data, write to privacy@event.com.ph.
