Responsible Gaming Policy

How Casino Plus keeps play safe, fair and limited to adults, and where to find help.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

Casino Plus is operated by Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). This policy sets out how we follow PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements on event.com.ph. For practical tips, see the Responsible Gaming page.

Company Address: Gil Puyat Avenue, corner Andres Soriano Street, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines.

Gambling doesn’t guarantee earnings or financial improvement. Stay within your limits.

1. 21+ only

Only people aged 21 and over may register and play. Every player completes eKYC with a valid government-issued ID, ID verification and a liveness check before playing. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 21 are closed. See Account Verification.

2. Our commitments

  • present gaming as entertainment, never as a way to earn money or solve financial problems;
  • verify age, identity and eligibility, and check the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP);
  • honour every PAGCOR exclusion order and every exclusion request we receive;
  • give players simple tools to limit their deposits and time;
  • train our staff to recognise signs of problem gambling and respond with care;
  • keep marketing honest and away from minors and excluded persons;
  • show help contacts clearly across the site.

3. Break, closure or exclusion

These three options are different and have different effects. Choose the one that fits what you need.

OptionLengthWhere it appliesCan it be ended early?
Cooling-off24 hours, 7 days or 30 daysCasino Plus on event.com.ph only. It is not recorded in the NDRP.No. It ends by itself at the end of the period.
Account closurePermanentYour Casino Plus account only. It does not stop you from playing elsewhere and is not a protection tool.A closed account is not reopened. A new registration goes through all checks again.
Self-Exclusion (PAGCOR)6 months, 1 year or 5 yearsAll gaming sites licensed and operated by PAGCOR. Recorded in the NDRP.Not during the first 6 months. After that, only through PAGCOR.

If you are worried about your gambling, choose self-exclusion rather than account closure: closure does not stop you from opening an account elsewhere.

4. Exclusion programmes

PAGCOR runs exclusion programmes that bar a person from gaming. We apply them to our platform. Full details are on the PAGCOR exclusion page: PAGCOR exclusion (opens in a new tab).

Self-Exclusion

You can exclude yourself from gaming. Apply online through the PAGCOR Online Self-Exclusion Application (OSEA portal (opens in a new tab)) or with the Self-Exclusion Application Form (opens in a new tab). You can also start a self-exclusion request from My Account: we block your account straight away and help you file the PAGCOR application.

  • Periods. You choose 6 months, 1 year or 5 years.
  • First six months cannot be cancelled. Under PAGCOR rules, the first 6 months of any self-exclusion are irrevocable. Neither you nor we can lift it during that time, whatever the reason.
  • Lifting after six months. For a 1-year or 5-year exclusion, a request to end it early can be made only to PAGCOR after the first 6 months. Casino Plus cannot lift a PAGCOR exclusion.
  • End of the period. PAGCOR lifts the order automatically at the end of the period you chose.
  • Where it applies. The exclusion applies at all gaming sites licensed and operated by PAGCOR, not just Casino Plus. It is recorded in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP).

What happens to your account during self-exclusion

  • Your account is blocked for play and deposits from the moment we receive your request or PAGCOR’s notice. Open game rounds are settled under the game rules.
  • Your balance stays yours. We pay the available balance to your verified payment account in your own name. If you have no verified payment account, we contact you to arrange it. Pending bonuses or promotions end.
  • We stop all marketing — emails, SMS, push messages and personalised offers — within 24 hours, and you are removed from every mailing list.
  • If you try to register again, the NDRP and duplicate-account checks stop the new registration.

Getting access back

When the exclusion ends and you no longer appear in the NDRP, your account stays closed until you ask for it to be reopened. Before reopening we check the NDRP again, and you must confirm your eKYC details. Any previous limits are restored, and marketing stays off unless you agree to it again.

Family Exclusion

A spouse, child or parent who is worried about a family member’s gambling can ask PAGCOR to exclude that person using the Family Exclusion Application Form (opens in a new tab). Under PAGCOR rules the exclusion period can be 6 months, 1 year or 3 years, and the order lifts automatically at the end of the period. While it applies, the account is handled in the same way as during self-exclusion.

Licensee-Emanating Exclusion

A Licensee-Emanating Exclusion is initiated by the licensee — the gaming operator — rather than by the player or the family. We may start one where we believe a player’s gambling is causing harm or where there are other grounds under PAGCOR rules. More information: Licensee-Emanating Exclusion (opens in a new tab).

National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP)

PAGCOR keeps the NDRP, which lists persons who are excluded or otherwise barred from gaming. We check players against it at registration, at every sign-in and before every withdrawal. If a player is added to the NDRP:

  • the account is blocked for play, deposits and marketing at once;
  • the available balance is paid out to the player’s verified payment account, unless PAGCOR or the law requires it to be held;
  • the account stays blocked for as long as the listing lasts, and a new registration in the same name is refused.

5. Restricted persons

Under current PAGCOR requirements the following may not play: persons under 21; students of Philippine schools, colleges and universities; certain public officials and government employees; members of the AFP and PNP; PAGCOR officials and employees; Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders; persons in the NDRP; banned persons; self-excluded players; and other categories restricted by PAGCOR. See our Terms and Conditions.

6. Player tools

You can use these tools in My Account:

  • Deposit limits — set a cap on how much you can deposit per day, week or month. A lower limit applies at once; a request to raise or remove a limit takes effect only after 24 hours.
  • Time reminders — get a reminder every 15 to 480 minutes showing how long you have been playing.
  • Cooling-off — take a break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days during which you cannot play or deposit.
  • Self-exclusion requests — block your account for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years and file a PAGCOR self-exclusion, as described in section 4.

You can also check your transaction and game history at any time to see how much time and money you are spending.

7. How protections are applied

Limits and exclusions are enforced by the gaming platform itself, not just shown on the website. A request made on the website is applied only after the platform confirms it, and My Account shows the confirmation.

ProtectionWhat the platform blocks
Deposit limitAny deposit that would take you over the limit for the current period is refused before payment.
Time reminderPlay pauses on the reminder screen until you choose to continue or stop.
Cooling-offGame launch and deposits are refused for the whole period; withdrawals stay open.
Self-exclusion, family exclusion, NDRP listingSign-in to play, game launch, deposits and new registrations in the same name are refused; all marketing stops within 24 hours.

Our compliance team tests these blocks at least every quarter and after every platform update, and reviews accounts flagged by the duplicate-account and NDRP checks. If you find that a limit or exclusion did not work, tell us straight away at support@event.com.ph. We treat it as an urgent complaint, block the account while we check, and refund deposits made in breach of an active exclusion or limit.

8. Warning signs

It may be time to take a break or talk to someone if you:

  • spend more money or time than you planned;
  • chase losses or borrow money to play;
  • hide your gambling from family or friends;
  • feel anxious, irritable or low when you are not playing;
  • neglect work, study, family or bills because of gambling.

9. Where to get help

Gambling doesn’t guarantee earnings or financial improvement. Stay within your limits.
